The AAP01 pistol series from Action Army is one of the most original designs on the airsoft pistol market. If you’re bored of the M9, 1911 or G-series clones – ‘The Assassin’, you should definitely check it out.
The AAP01 is a blend of the legendary Ruger-style pistol with a modern design and G17 series magazine compatibility. The upper and lower receiver are made of a durable polymer that includes metal inserts for the working parts.
The lightness of the lock and the shortened system gives the user a good feel of recoil and also a fast cycle, which is great for a variety of shots not only in tactical scenarios but also in sporting competitions. The fire selector is available after pulling the bolt.
The end of the cylinder is fitted with a 14 mm CCW thread for silencers. The top receiver also includes a highly visible fibre-optic sight and holes for mounting additional accessories.
The lower receiver was designed with a safety handle and a switchable left and right side latch. The capacity of the tray contains 23 bullets.
AAP01 is suitable for Safariland 579 GLS cabs.
