ARE-D2 LCD battery charger with battery bank function (Fenix)

The Fenix ARE-D2 is an automatic (smart) battery charger with two independent charging slots and an LCD information display, suitable for charging most common cylindrical Li-ion, NiMH and NiCd batteries. In addition, one of the charging slots on the Fenix ARE-D2 also functions as a battery bank. It is a micro-USB powered charger with USB-A output and is designed for indoor use. The charging slots are independent and can simultaneously charge supported specific battery types or batteries of different sizes/capacities. During the charging process, the LCD display shows the type of battery being charged, the charge level (as a diagram) and optionally the charging current strength, charging time and battery voltage. In addition, there is the possibility to manually select the strength of the charging current. When operating as a battery bank, the screen will also display unloading information. 10440, 14500, 16340, 18650, 21700 and 26650 Li-ion batteries are supported, as well as AA, AAA and C size NiMh/NiCd batteries. The charger is equipped with short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection and reverse polarity protection.
