This MOSFET unit is intended for the use with AEG electric replicas. It is compatible with NiMh batteries with a voltage of 8.4 – 12 V as well as LiPo 7.4 V and 14.8 V packages. It is possible to use it with 1.5 mm wiring. The use of MOSFET module increases the rate of fire of a replica, prevents the burning out of switch assemblies and safeguards contacts. Due to its exceptionally small size, it is ideal for replicas with a small amount of room. This model is adapted for use with M210 springs.
